• We ship all across India using reliable courier services.
• Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 business days of confirmation.
• Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location.
• Tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp once your order is shipped.
• Open delivery (COD orders only) is allowed — we recommend recording a video or photo
during unboxing.
International Shipping
• Currently, we deliver only within India.
• However, for bulk or high-value international orders, we are happy to accommodate special
requests. Please contact us directly.
Return, Exchange & Refund
We aim to deliver quality — but if there’s an issue, here’s what you need to know:
• We accept returns, exchanges, or refunds only if the product received is damaged,
defective, or incorrect.
• Returns, exchanges, or refunds are subject to the following:
o 48 hours from the time of delivery to raise a request.
o A clear unboxing video/photo as proof of damage, defect, or incorrect item.
o The original e-commerce seal tag is unbroken.
Important:
No return or refund will be accepted if the seal tag is broken.
(Every tag is printed with: “If this seal is broken or opened, no return/exchange/refund will be
accepted.”)
• Used, worn, or customized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
